What exactly IS The Ampersand Post?

The Ampersand Post is our monthly snail mail club! An envelope of illustrated goodness delivered straight to your mailbox.

Every month you'll receive a rotating assortment of Ampersand Paper Co. goodies like stickers, postcards, stationery, mini prints, exclusive artwork, paper goods, and the occasional surprise.

That's the fun part — it's a surprise!

Every month will be a little different, but you can expect a mix of illustrated paper goods, stickers, stationery, mini art, exclusive designs, and other tiny treasures.

Some things may be available exclusively to Mail Club members and never appear in the shop.

We can't promise exactly what's coming. We can promise we'll make it fun.

When will my mail arrive?

Mail Club envelopes are sent out once a month.

To receive the mail for the month we are currently in, you must put in your order before the 15th of that month; otherwise, your first mail will be for the following month. 

Your exact arrival date will depend on when your order is placed and the postal service doing its thing, but we'll make sure your happy mail gets on its way each month.

Please allow a little extra time for the mail to make its journey. Snail mail is, after all, living up to its name.

 How much does it cost?

The Monthly Mail Club is $11/month, with shipping included.

You can also join for a full year for $111, which saves you $21 compared to paying monthly.

Monthly: $11/month
Annual: $111/year

Does the monthly membership automatically renew?

Yep! The monthly membership automatically renews at $11/month until you decide you're ready to go.

You can cancel whenever you want through your subscription account.

What about the annual membership?

The annual membership is $111 upfront and includes 12 months of Mail Club mail.

It's a prepaid membership, so you'll receive one envelope each month for a full year.

After your 12 months are up, your annual membership ends - no surprise $111 renewal.

Want another year? We'd love to have you back!

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — but please make sure your address is updated before your next Mail Club order ships.

If you're moving, going to school, or temporarily living somewhere else, update your address through your subscription account.

And if you're not sure whether it's too late, send us a message. We're happy to help.

Can I buy previous months of the mail club?

Absolutely.

After the month has been sent to all subscribers, it will be uploaded for $15.99 to be purchased individually. 

Will I get things that aren't available in the shop?

Sometimes!

We plan to create exclusive designs and limited-edition goodies specifically for Mail Club members, so there may be things in your envelope that never make their way onto the website.

That's part of the fun of being in the club.

What if my mail gets lost or damaged?

If your Mail Club envelope doesn't arrive or arrives looking like it went through an extremely personal disagreement with the postal service, please reach out to us.

We'll do our best to figure out what happened and get you taken care of.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!
